Our policy for protecting your personal data allows us to establish a relationship of trust between you and our services. In order to respect your trust, Nidora primarily guarantees respect for your personal data, as well as the confidentiality of our customers.
For perfect transparency, in order to guarantee you secure use of our Nidora site (https://trynidora.com/) in all its available versions and related applications, we make available the way in which we process your data.
WHO ARE YOU ?
This policy concerns you as a customer of Nidora if you have placed an order, if you have created a customer account, or if you have browsed as a visitor on the site.
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Your personal data may be collected if you visit the site, create a customer account, place an order or agree to be a member of our newsletters (SMS, emails). They are used by us to streamline your navigation, process your orders as best as possible, avoid fraud, make the necessary reimbursements and manage your customer reviews. The legal bases are, depending on the case, your consent, the execution of the contract or our legitimate interest.
WHERE DOES YOUR DATA GO?
Your data is transmitted to Nidora's internal services. They are not sent to third parties, except to the service providers necessary to process your orders (banking transactions, customer relations, after-sales service, delivery, Shopify Inc. hosting whose servers are secure and protected by a firewall).
DATA RETENTION
The data is kept only for the time necessary for the operations mentioned. Prospect data: 3 years from the last contact. Order data: 5 years. Banking data: card validity period (plus one day).
EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request access, modification, rectification, limitation, deletion and portability of your Data, as well as to oppose processing for commercial prospecting purposes and to withdraw your consent at any time.
In the event of prospecting by e-mail, you can unsubscribe via the “unsubscribe” link present in all newsletters. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
